 We are seeking an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team working at The Sebel Quay West Suites located in Sydney’s CBD.  

Service with a smile is our mantra and we truly believe we are the best outsourced service company you could choose to work with. In this position you will support the Housekeeping Manager and assist with the following. Leading your team, your day would simply look like this:

  • Setting up the key tasks for you and the team
  • Team briefings to conquer the challenges ahead
  • Work with the hotel leadership team on short and long term quality metrics
  • Delivery of rooms to the hotel on time for guest arrival
  • Keep in touch with the team and provide resourcing as required
  • Administration relating to Health and Safety, billing and rostering
  • Ensure guests are serviced with a smile
  • Hand over effectively to the team
  • End your day knowing that tomorrow will bring a whole new set of adventures
