Duty Manager
Responsible for the daily running of the department and coordinate all team members to perform duties to the hotel standard.
Tasks include:
- Manage room attendants, supervisors, house persons, coordinators to return hotel rooms in time for check in of guests
- Inspect completed work
- Report all incidents and hazards as they occur
- Foster strong relationships with the hotel
