Key Responsibilities:  
  • Payroll Processin g: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse team, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. 
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain precise employee records, ensuring all relevant details are up-to-date and accurate in our payroll system. 
  • Inquiries and  Support: Timely resolution of payroll-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support. 
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with the Payroll Manager, P&C and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and effective outcomes. 
What You Bring:  
  • Detail-Oriented:  A keen eye for detail and accuracy, and the curiosity to challenge / improve business process
  • Communication Skills:  Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and resolve employee inquiries efficiently.
  • Problem Solver:  Proactive in identifying and resolving payroll / timesheet related issues.
  • Confidentiality:  Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 
  • Adaptability:  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
