- Facilitate management development training
- Training and developing team members to the ahs standards
- Coaching team members on job performance
- Encouraging work simplification, efficiency and pride in work performance
- Developing a professional, mutual relationship with clients
- Ensuring standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Communicating with team members regarding OH&S issues
- Ensuring team member grooming is correct to hotel and ahs standards
- Work with the hotel leadership team on short and long term quality metrics
