As we continue to expand, we are investing in the growth of our commercial cleaning offering and are seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of this opportunity across NSW and the ACT.
The opportunity
This is a unique senior leadership role with a clear mandate: build, grow and scale our commercial cleaning business across the region. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the development and execution of a commercial strategy while leveraging our strong operational foundations, existing client base, and industry reputation.
You will play a critical role in:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Expanding service offerings within existing partnerships
- Establishing a high-performing commercial cleaning portfolio
- Delivering strong financial outcomes and sustainable growth
Commercial Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for commercial cleaning across NSW/ACT
- Identify new markets, clients, and revenue opportunities
- Lead tenders, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Build a strong pipeline and convert new business opportunities
- Establish and grow strategic client relationships
- Leverage existing hospitality partnerships to expand services
- Lead client negotiations and commercial agreements
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value
- Oversee mobilisation of new contracts and ensure successful delivery
- Work closely with Operations teams to embed scalable service models
- Ensure consistent service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Align delivery with contractual and client expectations
- Own regional revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Build and lead a team aligned to commercial cleaning growth
- Develop internal capability across sales, operations, and service delivery
- Foster a high-performance, outcomes-focused culture
You are a commercially savvy, growth-oriented leader who thrives on building new revenue streams and scaling service operations.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, business development, or general management role
- Strong track record of winning and growing commercial cleaning (or similar service) contracts
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
- Sound financial acumen with P&L and budget management experience
- Experience operating in multi-site, service-driven environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute
