ahs hospitality is Australia and New Zealand’s leading provider of outsourced housekeeping management services, proudly partnering with many of the region’s most recognised hotel brands. With continued growth across our eastern seaboard operations, we are looking to appoint a General Manager Hospitality – NSW/ACT to lead a significant portfolio and play a key role in our next phase of expansion.

The opportunity
This is a senior leadership role where you will take ownership of regional performance across operations, financial outcomes, client partnerships, and team engagement. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of Operations Managers and work closely with key clients to ensure service excellence, commercial success, and long-term growth across the region.

What you’ll be responsible for
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team across multiple sites
  • Driving financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and cost control
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with hotel partners
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of service quality and operational standards
  • Overseeing WHS, compliance, and governance across all sites
  • Supporting new business opportunities, tenders, and contract mobilisation
  • Championing a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
About you
You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and knows how to balance people, performance, and client expectations.

You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in a senior operations or regional leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability
  • A track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or service-led environments (highly regarded)
  • Solid understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
  • A hands-on, proactive leadership style with a “make it happen” attitude
