Business Development Manager (Commercial Cleaning)

ahs hospitality is seeking a commercially driven and strategic  Business Development Manager  to accelerate sales growth and expand our footprint in the commercial cleaning sector. This is a high-impact role responsible for winning new business, growing key client relationships, and positioning ahs hospitality as a market leader through innovative and results-driven business development.

About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for executing ahs hospitality’s sales strategy across your region. You will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline, securing new business, and supporting long-term client growth.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy
  • Execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector
  • Develop compelling, commercially sound proposals aligned to client needs and margin expectations
Client Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client challenges and provide tailored service solutions
  • Support client retention and account growth through proactive engagement
Market Focus & Performance
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity to deliver against targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
  • Continuously improve sales effectiveness and approach
Collaboration & Influence
  • Act as a brand ambassador for ahs hospitality
  • Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance and accountable culture
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development, ideally within commercial cleaning, facilities management, or hospitality services.

You will bring:
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
  • Sound commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on outcomes
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
