We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to assist our HR function deliver end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & assist with allocation of relief staff to our front-line teams. Based in Melbourne (with flexible working arrangements available) and reporting into the National Recruitment Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with HR Managers & Housekeeping Managers to manage their staffing levels through effective workforce planning and recruitment forecasting
- Implementing and managing recruitment strategies to support the achievement of company objectives, including the reduction of turnover
- Maintain and develop relationships with Job Search Agencies
- Assess eligibility of new starters for wage subsidies and process accordingly
- Ensure all recruitment administration is completed including employment contracts, onboarding paperwork and immigration checks
- Demonstrated experience in a HR, Recruitment or Employment Consultant role
- Knowledge of the Job Active contract and wage subsidy requirements preferred
- Knowledge of relevant Awards and Fair Work legislation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volume recruitment
- An eye for detail and a focus on continual process improvement to drive efficiency
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
