We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to manage a portfolio of housekeeping contracts throughout SE QLD.
Reporting to the General Manager (SE QLD) you will be responsible for meeting budget at each site, maintaining great relationships with clients and ensuring the team deliver their KPI’s.

- You would be responsible for the operations and account management of various clients
- Development, Training and Coaching of your senior leaders also known as Housekeeping Managers
- Your love of detail, quality, compliance, health and safety practises – they would need to meet the high standards of ahs hospitality as well as your associated client base
- Full control of your regions budget and monthly P&L
- A productive mind with they key attributes of forward thinking, strategy development and a team playing attitude
