Reporting to the Housekeeper Manager, this is a hands on role, where you may be required to service rooms coupled with the responsibility of guiding and leading the housekeeping team to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained and all company guidelines are adhered to,

To be successful in this role , you will have the follwing:

• Full availability on a 7 days rotating roster
• A minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor/ Self-Checker
• Ability to work well under pressure and provide high level support
• Experience in opening and closing
• Demonstrated ability to build a professional, mutual relationship with the hotel team in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Understanding of rostering and productivity
• Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety compliance
• Demonstrated understanding of Hospitality Industry (General) Award compliance
• Well-groomed with a positive work attitude and high work standards
