Houseperson

Assists the housekeeping team by working closely with room attendants and public area attendants to ensure the hotel is serviced to the required standards while attending to the needs of the guests.

Tasks include:

• Maintain linen and guest supplies on floors

• Maintain service areas and stock levels

• Respond to guest requests promptly

• Remove dirty linen and replace with fresh linen on floors
