Duty Manager

​Responsible for the daily running of the department and coordinate all team members to perform duties to the hotel standard.

Tasks include:

• Manage room attendants, supervisors, house persons, coordinators to return hotel rooms in time for check in of guests

• Inspect completed work

• Report all incidents and hazards as they occur

• Foster strong relationships with the hotel
