Jason joined AHS Hospitality in 2013. Jason manages all aspects of our national operations and provides high-level support to our operational leadership team to ensure our teams are being Smarter, Better, Everyday. As a hospitality professional of over 25 years, Jason brings a breadth of experience from a wide range of industries, having held senior roles in the hospitality industry, out-source service solution organisations and managed services operations. With a successful record of effective team management, Jason is focused on the development of the AHS team to enhance their client focussed service delivery and interactions to ensure seamless hotel operations.


Steve Tochner

Executive Director, AHS

Steve joined the team in 1995 and has played a major role in leading AHS Hospitality through its development and growth. Steve focusses on business development and operational strategies to find ways in which we can continually innovate our service offering to our clients. Steve has nearly 30 years’ experience working with hotels in Australia and the USA.




Maree de Bondt

General Manager People & Culture, AHS

Maree is a human resources professional with more than fifteen years’ experience in leadership, human resources and organisational development roles. Maree’s experience includes a range of human resources and operational roles in the hospitality industry and private sector. Maree believes that our people are our best asset.



Anthony Shufflebotham

General Manager Commercial, AHS

Anthony manages the Payroll and Finance function and provides Commercial support for our growing operations. Anthony joined AHS Hospitality in 2015 with more than 10 years’ experience leading teams within large corporates in the Consumer, Medical Devices and Financial Services sectors. His focus is on building insight to help our clients and our people continuously improve.
