Michelle is a visionary leader who joined the company in 2006 and took on the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2010. Michelle leverages her hotel and hospitality experience of the last 18 years to lead the business, she has held a myriad of hotel management positions including General Manager roles in major brands.

A hotelier for the past 25 years, Steve joined AHS in 1995. Prior to this, he worked in the USA for international hotel chains. Steve has also run his own accommodation services firm.

Gavin brings to AHS 10 years of experience in the services industry, having previously held a number of financial and analytical roles with Spotless Group Ltd, including the General Manager - Finance of its Cleaning Services division. As Commercial Director, Gavin manages all aspects of AHS’ financial and commercial affairs, bringing extensive corporate and financial experience to the team.

Maree is a Human Resources professional with more than fifteen years in leadership, human resources and organisational development roles. Maree’s experience includes a range of human resources and operational roles in the hospitality industry and the private sector. Maree believes that our people are our best asset.
